Terms and Conditions

Escorted Tour Booking:
1 * Rates include transportation and hotel accommodations.
2 * Rates EXCLUDE:- Meals - Travel insurance - A gratuity (driver tips, porterage tips, etc.) -Admission - Applicable taxes.
3 * NO REFUND will be given for any unused services.

Payment Requirements:  * For escorted tour

1 * Full payment must be received upon registration to confirm at the time of  booking.
2 * Such as payment by Money Order or Certified cheque made ​​payable to Gold-Gold Travel & Tours. Credit cards addition fee 3%.                          
  (Note: A 3% Transaction fee will be charged for all credit card payments which is non-refundable, even if the booking is later cancelled)
3 * Customers can go to any branch of TD CANADA TRUST BANK  remittance to our company account, please call 905 615-9898 to check account number.

5 * We will not accept Personal cheque payment for any product that departs less than 14 days before departure.

Payment Requirements:

* For Air ticket, Travel insurance, Package Tours etc... Bookings made within 3 days* to travel -Full Payment is required at the time of booking by credit card: Visa, MasterCard.

1 *  Flights - Payment terms vary, please ask for full details.
2 *  Attraction Tickets -Accommodation - Car Rental & Travel Insurance -100% due at time of booking        

Credit Card Authorization Form:              Download form

1 The credit card holder and any companions traveling on the same itinerary may only purchase tickets for travel. If you wish to purchase a ticket for someone else, and are not traveling on the same itinerary, you should call us to arrange your purchase.
2 * At times for HIGH RISK transactions such as one way International tickets, Foreign origination tickets, we may need a Credit Card Authorization form to be filled out by the card holder, we do NOT guarantee that the fares may be valid until we receive the credit card authorization form filled out. At times the tickets may be issued even if we have not received the form back. All issued tickets are NON REFUNDABLE.

Termination:

1 * We reserve the right. If any information is proven to be false or incomplete. Gold-Gold Travel and Tours and (ticket issuer)  holds the right to cancel the booking and stops the traveling service to terminate your access to all or part of the Site, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, in our sole discretion, and without liability.

Amendment / Cancellations For Escorted Tour: Canada & USA bus tours

1 * Over 30 days prior departure date cancellation after confirmation subject to:
  -- 4 days or less tour: $200 per person  
  -- 5 days tours and above: $350 per person
   
  * Non-Refundable / Change for promo price booking
  * Non-Refundable / Change for Guaranteed bookings Less than 30 Working days before departure date.

Amendment / Cancellations For Overseas Packages Tour:

1 More than 60 days prior to departure; loss of deposit plus any administration fees (visa, airline cancellation fees and any applicable amendment fees).
2 Between 45-60 days prior to departure; 50% of land tour cost plus any administration fees (visa, airline cancellation fees and any applicable amendment fees).
3    45 days or less prior to departure; 100% of total tour cost.

** The land tour regrettably cancellation charges and fees cannot be waived. There can be no exceptions. No refund will be made for any unused portions of the holiday after the departure date. Please note that employees of any overseas company or staff of outside Canada is not authorized to give any guarantees or agreements to customers in respect of refunds or any other matters.

Flights - Attraction Tickets - Car Rental -  Hotel Cancellations:

1 * Flights:  There is no refund for any unused portion. Amendment / Cancellation penalties vary by airline and will be quoted at time of booking. Before any credit card payment refund can be issued, all penalty fees must first be paid via check. Please call for detail.
2 * Attraction Tickets -  Hotel 100% non-refundable.
3 * Car Rental No refund for any unused portion of the rental.

Changes to a Booking:

1 * Flights:  Requests for changes less than 7 days before departure will not be accepted and will make the booking subject to full cancellation charges.
2 * All ticket purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, they are non refundable and non- transferable. Once tickets have been issued there may be a penalty involved for refunds. Any changes made to the itinerary is restricted.
3 * Some discounted tickets do not allow for frequent flyer mileage accrual. Please check with individual airline for details
4 * Fares are subject to change and to final verification until credit card is provided, approved and tickets are issued
5 * Tickets are non assignable, name changes on the tickets are not permitted, ticket cost and service fees are non refundable, all govt. and our service fees and taxes are included in the total ticket cost. Date and other changes to the ticket will incur penalties.

Customs & Immigration:

1 * Customs and or immigration officials can deny a person entry into their country at their own discretion. A previous criminal record could be an obstacle in international travel. Gold-Gold Travel cannot be held responsible for denied entry under any circumstances.

Documentation:

1 * It is your responsibility to obtain, at your own expense, all the documentation required by relevant government authorities for the purpose of your holiday. Required documentation may vary depending on citizenship status. Special documentation may be required for minors traveling alone; for children who have a different surname than the adults who accompany them; or for single parents traveling with children. Prior to departure, you should check with the relevant consulate about what documentation is required. We strongly recommend you travel with a valid passport. For information on the Canadian Government Passenger Protect program, please visit  www.passengerprotect.gc.ca  Landed immigrants without Canadian citizenship or a Permanent Resident Card may be denied boarding upon return to Canada. In the event that a passenger does not possess the documentation required by the government authorities at the holiday destination or by the airline, passage or entry to the destination may be refused. If passage or entry is refused, Gold-Gold Travel will not be held liable and will not issue any refunds.

At boarding, all passengers are required to show their proper IDs and/or travel documents.
It is recommended to reconfirm your reservation at least 72 hours prior to departure in order to avoid cancellation.
